Curt and his crew were very attentive to my design, easy to contact, and always polite and courteous. Mine is an older house and I picked Southern Oaks because they had experience with similar projects. They didn’t dissapoint. My only complaint would be that it took longer than anticipated due to them being overwhelmed with projects at the time of my remodel, but it was worth the wait. The bathroom is stunning and fits in perfect with the era and style of the house. I would definitely hire Southern Oaks again.

Had a full basement remodel done. They moved my existing bathroom and added a shower, as well as opened up my basement living room to over twice its size. They even re did my old existing electrical work. Overall the work was great and all the employees were awesome. Any issues I had were promptly taken care of by Curt.

We had them remodel our existing bathroom, which turned out to be more difficult than I thought. Had to cut a portion of an adjoining wall in order to get the new tub in! They did a great job, and we are very pleased with the job. Curt, the owner, came by today to look it over and even suggested some finishing touches, gratis! Unheard of in this day and age! I would highly recommend them.

The workers were good at there job and I had a toilet the whole time. They also did my living with the floor and took out my carpet. The hauled everything away and cleaned up each night. I also have a bid gotten for a remodel of my kitchen.

Excellent work at a fair price. We have a small 1920's bungalow with only one bathroom, and did an entire remodel on the bathroom - tore out old tile and flooring, and replaced it with all new fixtures, new tile walls around the tub, new tile floor, plus adding an exhaust fan and new light fixtures. They helped us in choosing new fixtures and tile, and did an excellent job installing everything, and updating and painting walls and ceiling. With an older house, you never know exactly what problems you might run into, but I thought they did a very good job of dealing with a couple of problems that cropped up, and they still kept the job within the quoted price. Would definitely hire them again.
